Shipping policy

All orders take approximately 1-14 business days to arrive.

Please ensure if you need your order as soon as possible, that you select "Express Shipping". 

All orders are posted using Aus Post services. 

All shipping rates will be determined upon checkout (Based on your location and the weight of your items).

We do our best to package all items securely and to ensure that no damage occurs during the shipping process. If you think damage has occurred to your package during the shipping process, please send photos through of the damaged goods to sketchmoto@gmail.com and we will do our best to help rectify the issue. 

We understand that sometimes things go wrong and your packages can get lost. If you think this has occurred please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help locate the package.
